On July 8, a public notice was issued regarding the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment for the expansion project of Hunan Fubang New Materials Co., Ltd., which aims to increase annual production capacity to 10,000 tons of lithium bisfluorosulfonylimide. Project Name: Expansion and Renovation Project for Annual Production of 10,000 Tons of Lithium Bisfluorosulfonylimide ； Construction location: Songmu Economic Development Zone, Hengyang, Hunan ； Construction investment: 223.183 million yuan ； Nature of construction: Renovation and expansion ； Construction unit: Hunan Fubang New Materials Co., Ltd ； Construction contents: (1) Build a production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of lithium difluorosulfonylimide, to be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, a production line with an annual output of 3,000 tons of lithium difluorosulfonylimide along with its supporting facilities will be constructed; in the second phase, a production line with an annual output of 7,000 tons of lithium difluorosulfonylimide and its supporting facilities will be built ； (2) The production process and equipment for the 2,400 tons per year capacity of lithium difluorosulfonylimide, which has been built as part of the \"4,000 tons per year lithium difluorosulfonylimide expansion project,\" remain unchanged ； The construction of the equipment for the 1,600 tons/year production capacity that has not yet been built will no longer proceed. (3) The existing 35m incinerator with a processing capacity of 0.8 t/h will be demolished; all hazardous waste that was previously sent to this incinerator for disposal is now handed over to qualified entities for treatment.
