On December 2, the Lishui Environmental Protection Bureau intended to issue a statement regarding its approval decision on the environmental impact assessment document for Zhejiang Aigaoxin High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd.’s project aimed at producing 500 tons per year of electronic-grade perfluoropolyether. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Project for the production of 500 tons per year of electronic-grade perfluoropolyether; Construction unit: Zhejiang Aigaoxin Materials Co., Ltd ; Construction location: Longbanshan Chemical Industrial Zone, Suichang Chemical Park, Yunfeng Sub-district, Suichang County ; Project investment: An investment of 10 million yuan is planned. Project overview: The project will utilize the unused area to the east of the existing factory building (Workshop Type A-3) for production. An investment of 10 million yuan is intended to purchase equipment such as mixed reactors, distillation reactors, distillation towers, molecular sieve dryers, and three-stage precision filters, in order to achieve an annual production capacity of 500 tons of electronic-grade perfluoropolyethers. Regarding Zhejiang Aigaoxin High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd.: Established in 2018, Zhejiang Aigaoxin High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 18 million yuan and is located in the Longbanshan area of the Suichang County Industrial Park. The company specializes in the manufacturing of specialty chemical products (excluding hazardous chemicals), focusing on the research, development, and production of functional papermaking additives, surface treatment agents, environmentally friendly coatings, and compatibilizers. In 2019, Zhejiang Aigaoxin High-Tech Materials launched a new project to produce 35,000 tons per year of functional polymer materials, with a total investment of 100.5 million yuan; this facility has since gone into operation. From 2023 to 2025, a technical upgrade project aimed at producing 5,000 tons of fine chemical products per year will be carried out, covering products such as pressure-sensitive adhesives, with a total investment of around 10 million yuan.
