There is a production safety checklist that states that \"electronic scales should be installed for filling truck-cars.\" I’m a bit unclear about this requirement: is it sufficient to have electronic scales installed within the factory premises, or is it necessary to have such scales at the filling site, just like in the case of cylinder filling? Also, are there clear regulations for such a setup?
What I see in practice is that “electronic scales should be installed for filling truck-cars,” something like that, yes； However, electronic scales are also used for measurement inside the area at a certain distance (the safety distance required by regulations).
Our company is located within the company premises, not at the filling site； However, the following materials are required for inspection: 1. Table linking filling measurement to filling volume ； 2. Post-filling handling methods ； 3. There is a maximum filling setting value ； And the related processes can be monitored ；
