I agree with the view from the third floor: it’s either a problem with the material of the filler or an issue related to the quality of its processing. Check the design requirements to determine what type of filler should be used, and see if the filler currently in use meets those requirements. Also find out which manufacturer produces the current filler – whether it’s a supplier with whom we are working for the first time or a long-time partner – and that will help identify the cause of the problem
Is it ammonia vaporization in the steel plant? Check the properties of the raw material to see if it contains CL ions
