Two benzene washing towers are connected in series; the temperature of the washing oil is higher than that of the gas coming out of the benzene washing towers, especially when the weather warms up. Could someone please help solve this issue? . . . . . ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
The oil washing temperature in Tower B can be set a bit higher, while the oil inlet temperature in Tower A can be set a bit lower
This mainly works by allowing sunlight to transfer heat to the gas after it has been introduced; when the amount of gas is low, this effect becomes more noticeable. It’s possible to keep the gas temperature slightly lower than that of the oil, but it’s important to ensure that the temperature of the gas at the outlet is two or three degrees higher than the oil temperature.
