There is an oil collection tray on the middle tray of the diesel hydrodesorption tower; a line from this oil collection tray leads to a sampler, and there is also a level indicator on the DCS. You mean the oil collection tank, right? It serves to collect oil, making it easier for the pump to draw it out and preventing the pump from running dry.
