Experts, has anyone worked with nicotinamide? Lately, the rotary valve on the bag filter here keeps getting clogged; I can’t figure out why, and I have to clean it every few days. What are the reasons for poor discharge from the rotary valve? Is there a problem somewhere in the system?
It might be possible to increase the rotation speed of the rotary valve; the load has probably increased
The load is still the same as before; the speed of the rotary valve can’t be adjusted, right? It’s a fixed-frequency motor that drives the rotary valve through a reducer
It’s also possible that the humidity of the material has increased, or that the drying process in the front end or the unloading via screw is uneven; further analysis is needed.
