Looking for help with a pump that can handle high pressure for anhydrous HF? The pump can be of the shielded pump, magnetic pump, or fluorinated lining pump type. The flow rate is around 130 m3 per hour, with an inlet pressure of 0.7 Mpa and an outlet pressure of approximately 1.2 Mpa. The medium is anhydrous hydrogen fluoride with a water content of 0.5~0.8%. I’m asking if any manufacturers have used shielded pumps – what is the material used, and how has it performed? How are magnetic pumps and fluorine-lined pumps being used? Thank you!
I inquired about Imperial shielded pumps, and they cannot withstand HF. According to the supplier, fluorinated magnetic pumps can meet the requirements.

The water content is a bit high; a lined magnetic pump can be used, but due to the high outlet pressure, attention must be paid to the design pressure of the isolation sleeve. If the moisture content is below 100 ppm, a shielded pump can be used, and material 304 will suffice.
