Connection methods for non-standard tubes

The zirconium tube has an outer diameter of 9.34 mm and an inner diameter of 8 mm; it is connected to stainless steel piping under 25 MPA pressure. Initially, a ferrule connection was intended, but the ferrule cores were not compatible – 3/8 inch ferrules could not be used. Welding between the zirconium tube and stainless steel is also difficult. What connection method should be used?
Just manufacture a stainless steel ferrule with a special design, that’s all
