How to properly install the bearing housing and oil slinger ring of the AY oil pump (into the grooves)

For the old AY oil pump, whose bearing housing has a slinger ring, there is only an air vent hole at the top and an oil level gauge/oil cup hole on the side. How can the slinger ring be made to fall into the shaft groove? Those with experience, please share your insights
During assembly, be careful not to press the oil slinger between the outer ring of the bearing and the bracket. Once it is in place, observe through the plug hole, then use two retaining rods to position it in the front and rear oil grooves, and finally tighten the retaining rods!

Level the pump, move it aside, and then reinstall the limit rod!
The operator said they can’t see it; the hole is too small. How to turn it? L
The outer diameter of the oil slinger is smaller than that of the bearing, allowing it to easily fit into the mounting hole of the bearing bracket. Acting like a pad, it can be pressed in place, resulting in improper installation of the bearing and damage to the slinger
