The crankshaft, connecting rods, and crosshead are installed together. There’s a problem: the crosshead cannot fit between the sliding parts, and there is a difference of 5 mm between the crossheads on each side and the sliding parts on those sides. What could be the cause of this, experts? Thank you

It can be taken apart, but won’t fit back in? It indicates that there is an issue with the installation method
Turn the crankshaft to one side horizontally; insert it first on the slide side, pull it back and then secure the big-end bearing cover
Is the big-end bearing of the connecting rod a double-row self-aligning bearing? Such bearings can cause the connecting rod to swing greatly from side to side; it needs to be adjusted before installation
