The company uses phosphorus pentasulfide, adding it to cold water to form a suspension, which is then pumped into containers using a metering pump. Phosphorus pentasulfide tends to clog the check ball in the metering pump, preventing it from delivering the desired volume of fluid. I would like to know if there is any suitable pumping equipment that allows for flow regulation
A metering pump should work fine; just increase the clearance for the valve ball guidance – if you have a lathe, you can do this by yourself; When a metering pump is used to handle granular media, the guidance for the valve ball and the one-sided clearance of the valve ball should be at least 8 times the maximum particle diameter.

Hose pumps are not corrosion-resistant; phosphorus pentasulfide can cause hydrogen sulfide corrosion, leading to rapid failure!
I’ll give it a try. Currently, it’s the phosphorus pentasulfide paste in the suspension that covers the small balls, and this doesn’t achieve a check-valve effect, which prevents the pump from pumping fluid
The centrifugal pump was tried – the impeller is clogged, and it’s also blocked right in front of the valves!
