Advantages of high-temperature magnetic pumps: 1. No need to install priming water or foot valves. 2. The pump shaft uses a closed static seal instead of a dynamic seal, completely eliminating the drawback of medium leakage. 3. It requires no separate cooling water or lubrication at all; this **reduces energy consumption, which is a significant advantage. 4. Under overload conditions, the inner and outer magnetic rotors slip relative to each other, which serves to protect both the motor and the pump. 5. Synchronous driving via the coupling achieves zero contact and zero friction, while also offering the advantages of low power consumption and high efficiency. Precautions for using high-temperature magnetic pumps: 1. Since the cooling and lubrication of the bearings rely on the medium being transported, operation without any medium is prohibited. Additionally, avoid starting the pump again after a power outage during operation, as this can result in operation under no-load conditions. 2. If the medium being pumped contains solid particles, a filter screen should be installed at the pump inlet; if ferromagnetic particles are present, a magnetic filter is required. 3. During use, the ambient temperature should be below 40°C, and the motor’s temperature rise must not exceed 75°C. 4. The medium being transported and its temperature must be within the limits permitted for the pump material (see the attached table for details). Operating temperature of fluoroplastic magnetic pumps
