Shanxi Jinxin New Energy’s 1.68 million tons per year coke production project: Project name – Upgrade and transformation project for coke production at Shanxi Jinxin New Energy Co., Ltd., with a capacity of 1.68 million tons per year and a carbonization chamber height of 6.78 meters. Construction location: Within the Shuangxin Industrial Park in Fushan, Linfen. Total project investment: 2.066 billion yuan, of which 384 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection efforts. Construction scale: The main construction components include 127 (63+64) JNDX3-6.78 type single-heating multi-stage heating coke ovens, along with supporting coal preparation systems, coke screening and storage systems, chemical product recovery and gas purification systems, 2×190 tons/hour dry quenching facilities, 2×20MW steam turbine generators, as well as environmental protection and auxiliary facilities such as flue gas desulfurization and denitrification systems for the coke ovens. The purified coke oven gas is sent to the upcoming coke oven gas comprehensive utilization project of Linfen Fuli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., where it is used to produce LNG as well as hydrogen and liquid ammonia. An SCP integrated unit is used on the machine side of the coke oven; separate enclosures are installed on both the machine side and the coke side to capture the gases escaping from these areas, with dedicated dust removal stations provided for each area ; The coke oven is heated using purified gas, employing a low-nitrogen combustion technology of \"waste gas recycling + multi-stage heating\" ; The flue gas from coke ovens is treated using a process of \"calcium-based dry desulfurization + bag filtration + medium- and low-temperature SCR denitration\" ; Coal loading employs a smoke-free coal loading process that includes high-pressure ammonia spray, pressure regulation in the single-chamber carbonization area, and purification using dual U-shaped smoke guidance vehicles. Gas purification employs condensing blowdown, electrostatic tar capture, HPF desulfurization, spray saturator ammonium sulfate ammonia removal, ammonia evaporation in an ammonia evaporation tower, and final cooling for benzene extraction, along with a facility for producing acid from desulfurization waste liquid. It is reported that the project of Shanxi Jinxin New Energy Co., Ltd., which involves the production of 1.68 million tons of compacted coke per year, is a key initiative under Linfen City’s program to promote the green upgrading of traditional industries by moving them out of urban areas and into industrial parks as well as out of river valleys and into valleys. Once operational, this project will generate an annual output value of 4 billion yuan, with expected profits and taxes amounting to 500 million yuan; it will also create 1,200 job opportunities.
