What are the process parameters, and which ones are important?
The manager asked me to go to the site and bring back the process parameters of the designed project~
Process parameters can be divided into several major categories. The first includes the feed composition, temperature, pressure, and the pressures at various control points. The second category involves the dimensions, capacity, operating temperature, and pressure of various key equipment. Finally, there are the consumption levels of utility services. You might as well go and bring back all the materials related to the project design; almost all of them are process parameters. Design itself involves determining various process parameters and equipment specifications, which then guide the construction, installation, and production processes
Temperature, pressure, level, flow rate, reserves, viscosity, linear velocity, concentration, etc.
Material composition, temperature, pressure, reaction temperature, flow rate, and so on – these are generally the most important factors
Haha, thanks, I’ll just move everything back~
All of them are important; it depends on what you prioritize
The raw materials for the device cannot be exactly the same; the raw materials used in one’s own device will also vary. For one reason or another, test analysis data and operational experience are the most important.
