Previously, when welding the pipe fittings, I just carried out the welding directly, without any heat treatment afterward. Cracks appeared during welding between the pipe and the cast valve. I’ve heard from manufacturers that use this material for pumps that, when repairing the pump body, they heat the parts that need to be welded to 200°C before welding them.
