Why has the pressure drop in the packed tower suddenly increased while the flow rate remains unchanged?
It’s blocked, or the heat source has changed
Does the filler get broken and then pile up together, meaning it’s blocked?
1. The pressure gauge might be faulty； 2. Could it be a leak? 3. Is the filler clogged? 4. Is the heat input to the reboiler at the bottom of the tower reduced?
But it first dropped, then rose again, reaching a level higher than before
The only possibility is that it’s blocked; the other three possibilities can be ruled out
