For chloroform distillation in a workshop, what materials should be used for the distillation vessel and condenser?
What are the main impurities? Does it contain HCl and moisture? If so, it is recommended to use graphite evaporators and graphite condensers.

Enameled for kettles, graphite for condensers
The kettle is to be lined with enamel; the condenser is 304
It’s best not to use 304; otherwise... the boss might think about beating you.
Are there any other conditions? Consider reactors with PTFE linings or those coated with F40 (PFA); the condensers can have PTFE-coated tubes or silicon carbide tubes. A 304 material columnar condenser was used, with chloroform vapor flowing through the tube side; it has been in use for over 2 years. Upon disassembly, black powder was found at the head and tube sheet areas, but there was no significant corrosion, nor was there any corrosion at the welds of the tube ends.
