How can powders be cooled conveniently and quickly? We mainly deal with catalyst powders, which come out of the furnace at a temperature of around 400 degrees.

There is the direct cooling method, and then there is indirect cooling. The material does not come into contact with the medium; heat exchange is achieved through stainless steel. There are many other ways as well; the choice depends on your specific requirements. Simply put, it can cool down on its own; the problem is either that the process is too slow or that continuous production is needed to send the material to the storage tanks downstream. It’s necessary to have a clear explanation before considering how to solve it.
There is a device called a powder cooler, and it’s quite good.
