As the title suggests, all the flue gas bypasses have been sealed. How can ammonia-based desulfurization reduce the contamination of the desulfurization slurry during boiler startup (with oil guns)? Can electrostatic precipitators be put into operation at the beginning of boiler startup? What are the hazards of starting electrostatic precipitators too early?
When the boiler is started and oil feeding begins, the electrostatic precipitator must be in shutdown mode, to prevent oil fumes from adhering to the anode and cathode plates. For the desulfurization system, it depends on the flue gas temperature; the amount of slurry in the absorption tower can have an impact on pollution levels.
Add a dust removal system to purify the contaminated slurry and reuse it as process water in the tower
