Experts, there are some concerns regarding degassing techniques at the moment. Is there any effective liquid-based degassing method that is compact enough to be used in DN400 pipes?
What does that mean? What gases are contained in the liquid, what is entrained? The separation tank has to be used to separate the gas.
Can this be used with a gas-liquid separator? Connecting to the vacuum should work
Crude oil contains some natural gas, and separation tanks are already in use. The problem now is that after gas-liquid separation, there is still some gas present in the liquid; it’s necessary to remove this gas. I’m looking for a portable separation device, preferably one that can be installed inside pipelines.
Vacuum, increasing temperature… in any case, these methods all serve to reduce the solubility of gases in the liquid.

Well, you should design a gas collection tank above the pipeline, and install two valves: one to isolate the gas collection tank from the crude oil pipeline, and the other for venting gas. I’m not sure whether it’s safe to release flammable gases just like that; it’s up to you to decide
