How old is your phone? Is there any plan to change the pace?

It’s the end of another year again; I’ve had this phone for over two and a half years, and it will be three years by May. My wife keeps nagging me to get me a new phone. But this phone works just fine; I really don’t want to waste that money. How often do you replace your phones? Do we need to change it so often?
It’s only been half a year, and I don’t like to change them either. There’s a lot of stuff stored, and changing them frequently is troublesome and costly. . .
Forget it; change the phone, then let your sister-in-law use the new one, and you use the one she gave up. You might as well go straight to it and get an older model phone. ;P I seem to have used only 5 phones in my 14 years.
You even took the sofa away from me; you gave it to your son to use, and it had to be replaced after just a few drops. ;P

I used to keep using the same phone for over three years, but in recent years phones have been updated so quickly – with 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, and more. If you don’t replace your phone, you miss out on many features. I kept my N8, which I bought in 2012, until January 2014 when I bought a new one. I also got a separate SIM card and continued using it on the N8 until this year. Around October of this year, I bought another phone; since it’s not 5G, I think I can use it for another three to five years

Bought it in August 2013; it’s been two and a half years now. Although it runs a bit slowly, the system still functions properly most of the time~~~
Do you mean 14 years, or the year 2014? I’ve done the math – I’ve used 7 different phones since I graduated
