What shift do you work, and how does it work?
We are working from 8:00 to 20:00 this morning, and from 20:00 to 8:00 tomorrow night; we have 2 days off, after which the cycle repeats (four shifts, two shifts per day)
The four-shift, two-shift system is not bad; most Sinopec companies operate this way...

We work in shifts of four, three shifts per day. Free time? I don’t know what free time is. One can’t sleep in throughout the year; on Sundays as well, one has to go to the factory for training sessions. ;P
