What gases are analyzed inside the furnace before starting up the gasification furnace?

Before starting the gasification furnace, nitrogen purging is required, and the oxygen content is sampled and analyzed; a value of less than 2% on three occasions constitutes acceptance. If it’s a consecutive bet, there’s no need to analyze it.

It mainly involves analyzing the oxygen content; the 2% threshold mentioned above is quite lenient, while our requirements are strict – it needs to be below 0.5. However, in most cases the problem isn’t too serious; there was once a minor explosion caused by a slightly low feeding temperature.
