When working on a project, how should the amounts of nitrogen, purified air, and unpurified air for a single unit be determined? Nitrogen is used intermittently for self-sealing and purging; how is the flow rate of instrument air, as well as the flow rate of unpurified air used for purging, determined? Thank you

It seems that temporary air compressors are often used for purging. If an air compression station is to be installed for this purpose, it requires a large amount of effort and takes a long time; it’s best to ask someone who has experience with purging on site

Regarding the amount of nitrogen, normal systems require a nitrogen seal or an additional amount for other uses; the same applies to unpurified air. This is just my personal opinion – I would appreciate guidance from those with more experience
