It was previously mentioned that polysilicon is produced in electronic-grade factories abroad; now that China has developed in this field for so many years, are there any such factories here? How’s everything going?
It mainly depends on your manufacturing process – whether it’s German Wacker or American MEMC; as for domestically produced electronic-grade products, only God knows
From a technical perspective, the only thing that’s easy to achieve using the Siemens method is probably learning from*Wacker
The Siemens process seems simple on paper, but in China, there are very few people who can truly master it. Who can guarantee that the output per furnace, as well as the quality and purity, will remain consistent? Wacker has strict requirements for its customers – even the furnaces and operators cannot be changed arbitrarily. So when people in China say that the Siemens process is simple, it’s just talk That's all
That’s the idea; it’s extremely important to train a good operator :)
Wacker couldn’t even master the Siemens process in France, as they were unable to provide the process data for any node within the system, let alone the random dynamic process data. In Wacker’s factories, there are around 180 testing ovens operating on a single production line – can you do that? Still dare to claim it’s electronic-grade?
Is it true? I can’t accept this claim :)
Because who knows in our industry who has actually visited Wacker’s production lines? If people don’t even know that, it’s just hearsay; they can claim that electronic-grade polysilicon has already been produced
