Texaco water-coal slurry gasification； This pump is primarily used for supplying water to the level gauges and flow meters in the gasification furnace and carbon scrubbing tower, as well as for the sealing of pumps. It is a horizontal single-suction multi-stage centrifugal pump; the medium used is deoxygenated water, with a temperature of around 104°C.

What are the issues that arise during installation and use? Based on the above conditions, it can be determined whether it is a problem with the conveying medium or a mechanical issue.
This pump should be equipped with an interlock for automatic startup of the standby pump; during normal operation, the inlet and outlet valves of the pump are open, and once the operating pump stops, the standby pump starts automatically
