In the compilation of comprehensive energy consumption statistics, should the water volume in fire suppression tanks and emergency tanks be included when calculating the energy consumption per standard ton of coal for fresh water?
Calculate the water volume for the fire tank and the accident tank, but do not calculate it twice.
What does it mean that you can’t count it twice? Are two pools counted as just one? Also, how is the annual fire-fighting consumption calculated? Is it based on the volume of the tank?

When calculating the comprehensive energy consumption, only the consumption of various utility services by the process unit during normal operation is taken into account; fire-fighting water and water for emergency purposes are not considered. Comprehensive energy consumption is used to evaluate the advanced level of a patent holder’s technology or a built facility, while fire-fighting water volume and accident water volume do not reflect the superiority or inferiority of these two aspects.
The overall energy consumption is generally calculated per unit of product; accident water and fire-fighting water don’t need to be included in this calculation
