Our company has recently installed a new 2t/h gas-fired steam boiler, which has been in operation for over a month now. The water inside the boiler is very turbid, appearing earthy yellow in color, and the iron ion levels are high. What could be the cause of this, and how can it be resolved?

I still don’t understand the situation of your boiler just by you saying that it runs 3 times in 12 hours. It would be better if you could specify the type of boiler, provide a system diagram, indicate the type of water replenishment, and let me know whether there is a deaerator present. Also, information on the proportion of recycled return water and the quality of the water will help in analyzing the specific causes more accurately
