Has anyone seen a desulfurization unit that combines a desulfurization tower and a regeneration tower into one? Could you give a brief introduction? Draw a schematic diagram
It is estimated that there will be at most two towers stacked one on top of the other, with the processes in the two middle towers being disconnected. After regeneration, it goes through heat exchange and cooling first, then to the absorption tower; after absorption, it returns to the regeneration tower after further heat exchange.

This is what many desulfurization manufacturers refer to as an integrated tower. One approach is to place the regeneration tank at the top of the desulfurization tower; the circulation pump sends fluid into the regeneration tank first, and the regenerated lean liquid then flows automatically into the desulfurization tower. Another approach is to locate the regeneration tank at the bottom of the desulfurization tower. Currently, both of these regeneration methods involve spray regeneration, and Shanxi Coking has such a system in place. However, I personally believe that this regeneration method has some drawbacks, including regeneration pressure, air intake volume, sulfur content levels, maintenance, and daily operations, all of which need to be carefully considered.
In single-tower desulfurization, by placing the regeneration tank at the top of the desulfurization tower, space can be saved, as well as the need for a lean liquid pump; The regeneration tank uses a self-priming ejector, eliminating the need for air compression. If the tower is made of 304 material, the required maintenance tasks are minimal.
