Why are the sulfides in the ammonia water from the side stream higher than those in the feed water?:)
Does raw water refer to that entering the tower or the tank? Wastewater stripping with side lines can result in the concentration entering the tower being much higher than that entering the tank, as the condensate from the side lines returns to the tank.
It refers to the raw water that enters the tower! We do not return the separated liquid to the tank; instead, we send it back to the inlet of the raw material water pump
For the feed water entering the tower, assuming an extraction ratio of 10% via the side stream, 11% of the hydrogen sulfide is extracted through this side stream, resulting in a concentration that is higher than that of the feed water.
Does your raw water contain no oil? Does the side-line distillate not contain oil? If the separated liquid contains oil, it will reach the pump inlet, causing the oil level in the tower to increase rapidly. Additionally, fluctuations in the pressure and temperature of the fractional condenser can also cause fluctuations in the ammonia concentration entering the tower. Returning the liquid to the tank can serve to homogenize it and carry out secondary oil separation.
