Daily operation and maintenance of dryer equipment: Pre-startup daily inspection items: 1. Check whether the power voltage, number of phases, and frequency meet the specified requirements (refer to the nameplate), and ensure that the power cable connections are secure. 2. Are all the piping connections in the system securely fastened? 3. Check whether the pressure of the machine’s refrigeration system is normal ; 4. Is the dryer properly installed, and is the ambient temperature meeting the requirements for use? ; 5. Is the inlet temperature of the dryer equipment exceeding the specified value? 6. To improve air quality better, please start the dryer first and ensure it is running smoothly before feeding in compressed air. When shutting down, please first turn off the compressed air before turning off the dryer, and drain the compressed air from the air pipelines to prevent poor drying or residual moisture in the pipelines from affecting the air quality. Daily maintenance tasks for dryer equipment: 1. Check the automatic drain valve on the pre-filter before each shift every day. 2. Check whether the tower switching and voltage boosting operations are normal. 3. Check the operating conditions, inlet pressure, inlet temperature, and air flow rate. 4. Check the moisture indicator: blue indicates dry, while pink indicates moist. 5. Check whether the silencer is dirty or clogged; excessive regenerative backpressure indicates that the silencer needs to be replaced.
