Do any experts have calculation software for this purpose? It’s mainly used to cut stainless steel sheets into the desired shapes for welding them into end caps
I’ve also worked in factories before; first, the end cap of the base material is pressed into place, then a stainless steel end cap is spun to a smaller size and inserted into that of the base material. After that, holes are drilled in the stainless steel end cap, which is then bonded to the end cap of the base material.
I don’t think they’re very thick; their thickness is generally fine
Use composite panels directly to manufacture the head.
Generally, it is sufficient to use composite steel plates for stamping the head.
