What design firms have you seen where the logistics staff earn more than those working on front-line tasks? Have you seen any logistics departments in design firms claim to be busier than those on the front line? The industry is in a downturn, but logistics is holding things together:victory: Buying products here was a mistake; this is just a design firm. Now they’re hiring more logistics staff:lol

Hah, **, what more is there to say? This relative, that master’s child, the daughter of my neighbor’s aunt’s brother-in-law, and the child of the village chief back in our hometown. . . If it’s not arranged now, then when will it be arranged?
I’ve really seen this happen: one person does the work that would normally take three people, and those three people each earn as much as two senior designers… Well, I’m not good at doing calculations! :Q
What would you think if I said that all private engineering companies are like this?

My previous company used a project-based bonus system; the business was doing well from 2009 to 2013, and the bonuses could be 2 to 3 times the basic salary, while those for higher-ranking employees could be 4 to 5 times the basic salary.
