However, it’s not a state-owned enterprise, and the work is quite demanding. Those involved in equipment maintenance feel that this industry is becoming increasingly difficult, with losses being the norm. I’m still young; I’m really worried that one day the industry might collapse. With such limited experience, how will I be able to make a living? I want to gain some experience in the petrochemical sector and move towards higher levels in the chemical industry. But my work experience isn’t very relevant to this field, so I’m afraid I’d have to start from scratch if I go there. A bit confused? Moreover, I haven’t applied formally yet; it’s estimated that applying for newly established projects would offer more opportunities. I’m not sure if I’m overthinking it, or if most people are in this situation.
