Can LNG tankers directly vaporize gas for urban and industrial use?

The Code for Design of Town Gas GB50028 mainly specifies the spacing requirements for fixed storage tanks; it does not address whether it is possible to avoid using fixed storage tanks and instead rely solely on mobile gas sources (LNG tankers) for direct gas supply. If LNG tankers are used, it is not clear whether the safety spacing should be determined based on the requirements for fixed storage tanks or merely based on the requirements of the unloading site. 1. Has anyone ever built a gasification station that uses LNG tankers as the gas source? Which standards are followed in such cases? 2. Are there any regulations that explicitly state that LNG tankers cannot be used to supply gas directly for vaporization?
According to section 5.10 of the \"Safety Technical Inspection Regulations for Mobile Pressure Vessels\" TSG R0005-2011, item (5) states that it is prohibited to carry out loading and unloading operations between mobile pressure vessels, and it is also prohibited for mobile pressure vessels to be used for directly filling gas-using equipment； This only states that direct refilling is not allowed, but it does not say anything about direct vaporization. I’m working on a project currently, where Newao Gas is collaborating with a company to replace the existing coal-fired boilers with ones that use natural gas; the gas is vaporized and pressurized using tank trucks, with no storage tanks on site. The gasification equipment is also designed as a skid-mounted unit; LNG is transported by tank trucks. If the cooperation goes well, it can be used on going; if not, the entire unit can be taken away, minimizing investment costs. According to GB50156, even fire-fighting water may not be required.
Sometimes, the amount of gas in the cylinder sets is not sufficient, and the distance between the gasification stations is too great; therefore, gas is supplied using tank trucks at cylinder set stations.
