I would like to ask those who are familiar with this topic: which fertilizers are suitable for use in this fluidized bed granulation process? Are there many suppliers in China? I am now involved in this industry as well; please give me your support in the future.
There are two granulation processes for fluidized bed granulation: Hydril and the Japanese Toyō process.

Before 2000, fluidized bed granulation was used; the system was 20 meters long and 1 meter wide, and it included a seed crystal tower. Atomization was carried out at a pressure of 6 kilograms, with multiple nozzles used for spraying. There were two sets of fans for air supply and extraction. The hot air furnace was constructed using a 6-ton furnace base, and it was capable of producing 35 tons of potassium carbonate. Due to the particles being too round and heavy, they were not suitable for use on Japanese conveyor belts, and the matter was left unresolved. Later, the Japanese requested a diameter of 15mm–20mm, but no successful trials were carried out; a diameter of 2–5mm is still feasible.
