Recently, the outlet pressure of my twin-screw ammonia compressor has been experiencing periodic fluctuations, and the pressure in the liquid ammonia tank fluctuates as well. I am seeking advice from those with experience in this area
The outlet pressure of the ammonia compressor changes in accordance with the pressure in the liquid ammonia tank, and the pressure in the liquid ammonia tank changes depending on the condensation temperature and the ambient temperature. Therefore, I believe it is the change in the temperature of the circulating water or the ambient temperature that causes changes in the outlet pressure of the ammonia compressor.
The outlet pressure of the ammonia compressor is primarily related to the outlet condenser; when the temperature of the circulating water or the ambient temperature is low, it is necessary to condense the ammonia at that location. If there are fluctuations in the temperature of the circulating water or the ambient temperature, then the outlet pressure will also fluctuate accordingly.
