How can the quality of boiler water be controlled? The total phosphorus level in our boiler water is not within the specified limits every day; the dosage of chemicals used has to be adjusted frequently throughout each shift, and wastewater is also discharged. It’s almost impossible to achieve acceptable levels, as the fluctuations are too great
Reason for the pump? Is there no fixed standard for preparing medications?
First, stability is essential: the water supply flow rate and temperature, the boiler level, the gas production volume, the concentration of chemicals, as well as properly determining the locations for adding these chemicals, and so on
1. First, ensure that the quality of the boiler feedwater is satisfactory from the source, in compliance with the specified standards； 2. During operation, properly control the water treatment system inside the boiler. First, regulate the amount of phosphate added to maintain an appropriate concentration of phosphate ions in the boiler water, and also control the amount of wastewater discharged from the boiler ； 3. Strengthen chemical supervision to ensure that the quality of steam and water meets standards.
