Article 18: Except for the locations and facilities established in accordance with **relevant regulations for refueling vehicles, it is prohibited to set up locations and facilities for producing, storing, or selling hazardous materials such as flammable, explosive, **, and radioactive substances within the following areas: (1) 100 meters outward from the outer edge of highway land； (II) 200 meters around highway ferries and highway bridges of medium size and above ； (III) Above highway tunnels and 100 meters outside their entrances. Does this regulation require that natural gas stations (other than fuel and gas stations) be built 100 meters outward from the outer edge of the road land? Have I misunderstood? Because many of the stations I’ve been to are very close to the roads.

Since many of these facilities are owned by private individuals, it’s not possible for them to be situated so far away from roads.
