Gas pipeline selection problem

For the gas transmission pipeline D168.3 with a design pressure of 6.3 MPa, is it appropriate to use seamless steel pipes or ERW pipes? Seamless steel pipes are expensive, and the ERW version in this specification is scarce, which is confusing. Also, for steel grade L245, what kind of pressure is it generally used under, and is there any basis for that?
Will the wall thickness of welded pipes increase if this pressure is applied? Do such welded pipes need to undergo factory inspection?
Following the material selection practices of typical design institutes, seamless steel pipes are definitely chosen for pressures up to this level.
