In GB150, when steel pipes specified in GB9948 are used as heat exchange tubes, the dimensional accuracy must meet the high precision standards for cold-drawn or cold-rolled pipes; the allowable tolerance for the outer diameter is ±0.15 (for D≤25.4), ±0.20 (for D≤40), ±0.25 (for D≤50), and ±0.30 (for D≤60). The allowable tolerance for the outer diameter of Class I tube bundles as specified in GB151 is ±0.10 (D≤25), ±0.15 (D≤38), ±0.20 (D≤50), and ±0.25 (D≤57), which is higher than the requirements specified in GB9948. How do you all handle it?

It should be carried out in accordance with GB150. GB9948 also states that customization should be done as per the requirements
The applicable outer diameter series for pipes vary.
It must first meet the requirements of GB/T151-2014, and it should also be no lower than the requirements specified in NB/T47019.1~47019.8.
9948 is the requirement for petroleum cracking tubes; it doesn’t matter whether you use them as heat exchange tubes or not, but if you do use them as heat exchange tubes, then you must follow standards 151
