No bonuses have been paid for 15 years; in 2016, the petrochemical industry continued to be in a poor state, and design fees kept dropping. More and more design firms around me are delaying payment of salaries, let alone bonuses. Ugh~ It’s difficult to work and hard to make money. Let’s share information about those design firms that don’t pay salaries or bonuses, so as to help those looking for new jobs find their way.
Where are there still jobs available? I’m looking for work! !
I also want to know where else they are hiring. . .
It’s hard to find a job, and it’s difficult to get paid; the dreams of buying a car in one year and a house in three years have shattered~
It used to be released once a quarter, but now it’s released once every six months.
The bonus is given once a year, and the amount is pitifully small – not even enough to buy a car in 3 years. It’s a scam

In an unfavorable overall environment, getting projects still depends on the boss’s capabilities. At a small Class A design firm where I used to work, there were always many projects, and overtime was often required
Why should everyone post it? I want to get some exposure, but I’m not an engineering company or a design firm, so there are no bonuses available
Can’t it be done yet? Our office had few projects in the first half of last year, and we couldn’t keep up with the large number of projects in the second half of last year and this year; currently, there are already a dozen or so projects in the design phase or at the preliminary restructuring stage.

The industry is in a downturn; some design firms (engineering companies) are laying off employees or reducing salaries, but there don’t seem to be many cases of unpaid wages, as design firms had relatively stable incomes in the previous years. As for some friends upstairs who dream of buying a car in one year and a house in three years, I guess that’s just a dream; no industry can generate such earnings to make that dream come true.
