CAD 2008 was installed and worked fine; afterwards, PIDCAD2008 was installed. After its installation, a new menu item named PIDCAD(P) appeared in CAD. However, clicking on any option within this PIDCAD(P) menu item yields no response, with some options showing “unknown command”. What is the cause of this problem?
