During visits to the grassroots level, it was found that some companies were busy making final preparations for production before the end of the year; some employees did not wear safety helmets, while others worked with their upper bodies bare, showing a significant lack of attention to safety. But no matter how motivated one is, safety must not be taken lightly. As the year comes to an end, the spirit of striving hard to achieve satisfactory results is truly praiseworthy. However, basic protection and necessary safeguards must not be neglected. The faster the production progress, the more stringent management is required, and the safety factor must be increased. It is unacceptable to focus solely on achieving high yields, meeting deadlines, and increasing speed at the expense of reducing costs and simplifying configurations; relying on luck or engaging in illegal operations will only lead to greater losses. There is never a rush period for safe production; one mistake can render all previous efforts in vain. Timely identify and seal vulnerabilities, carry out proper risk assessment and control, correct poor working practices; always remember to wear a \"safety helmet\" so as not to rely on luck when it comes to protecting one’s life safety.
