What is the design basis for the thicker grade of instrument air ducts?

I’m not sure about the number of years required for working in design; I’m ashamed to admit it. May I ask what the basis for this is? When specifying specifications, for example, seamless steel pipe for instruments, DN15, enhanced grade – what standard does this enhancement refer to? How thick? Hehehe
For pipes that require threading, thick-walled pipes should be used.
It is included in the appendix of GB/T3091; note that thickened version and XXS are not the same here.
