There are 3 Shuangliang WNS15-1.25-QJ units in the factory, and I’m not sure how to adjust the load – should the cam disk be set to that position to maximize the opening of the air valves and gas dampers? In winter, the 3 boilers can only maintain a pressure of just over 3 kilograms. I would appreciate some advice from those who are more experienced; I’m a beginner.
First, it is necessary to determine whether the external load matches the boiler’s output; if the external load exceeds the boiler’s capacity, then the low boiler pressure issue you mentioned will occur. Second, whether the continuous supply of fuel and air volume meets the requirements of the boiler load.
