Check whether the gear lubricant has deteriorated. Please check whether there is any issue with the mechanical seal at the gear oil location.

I’ve encountered similar things too. After replacing the lubricant in the Stadain high-speed pump, many bubbles appeared; worried that there might be a fault, the pump was stopped for inspection and no problems were found. The oil used was Shell 46#. After switching to the red 4413 oil, this issue no longer occurred. I guess your problem is also related to the new oil
After disassembly, the high-speed bearings have been replaced, as has the mechanical seal
Do you also use ATF as the automatic transmission fluid? High-speed pumps operating at over 15,000 rpm may develop bubbles; however, if the oil level is observed carefully, it can still be identified, and in such cases the pump can be used. If the oil level cannot be determined, it needs to be addressed.
I’m using Castrol 32 oil; foam is on the surface, but there’s still some oil level
If the oil level can be determined and the oil temperature is normal, it can continue to be used without any issues. In our facility, there is one high-speed pump that produces bubbles at 17,900 rpm, while the 6 pumps operating at 13,000 rpm do not produce any bubbles. It’s been in use for 20 years; it’s working fine.
