It was established on August 25, 2015, in the Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone； The company is primarily responsible for the research and development of projects aimed at the clean and efficient utilization of pulverized coal. The construction of the industrial testing facility will be based on the pilot project carried out by the clean refining company; a rotary kiln dry distillation unit with an annual coal input of no less than 1 million tons will be built to test this technology and carry out production. The production scale for this project is set at 1.44 million tons per year for the dry distillation and upgrading of peat coal, with the main products being semi-coke, crude tar, and pyrolysis gas.
