As the title suggests, I would like to know whether the \"ambient temperature\" on which the design of a hot water heating system is based is the historical lowest temperature recorded in the location of the project For another example, you design a hot water heating system, only to find, unfortunately, that after it has been in operation for some time, the local environmental temperature drops to its lowest level on record ； So the original system won’t work then?
